Telesales: Continuing the Conversation
Join us to learn the keys to successfully managing an in-house or out-sourced telemarketing program. Drawing upon a wealth of case studies, as well as upon the experiences of class participants, participants will be lead step by step to an understanding of the “do’s” and “don’ts” of recruitment and training of callers, pre-call and follow-up mailings, and testing and analysis. Over the course of six live online “how-to” courses attendees will learn how to craft effective telephone scripts, and prepare appropriate responses to anything the Telesales Representative (TSR) may hear. Attendees will also learn how best to integrate outbound telephone calls with other direct response media, and will review direct response fund-raising similarities and differences around the world.
